Terry has more than 30 years of property management experience. Terry began his real estate career in 1986 when he joined Mansur Real Estate Services as the operations manager of 500,000 square feet of commercial real estate in downtown Indianapolis.

While at Mansur Terry became the property manager of more than 750,000 square feet of commercial real estate throughout the Indianapolis area. Terry was eventually promoted to the Building Engineering Department, where he managed a staff of 18 employees and developed preventative maintenance programs for high-rise buildings such as the 32-story Market Tower building, Anthem Insurance headquarters and the IndyGo bus terminal.

Terry joined Harshman Property Services in 2004. He is the Director of Property Operations for nearly one million square feet of commercial, retail and industrial properties throughout central Indiana.
